What was the name of your show?  Genreless

What was your show about?  What Genreless is all about is the tunes of today to the old classics and the ones in-between. We play our favorites, but would love to know what the listeners really want to hear. 

Is there a story behind your on-air name? I chose Em’n’Em because it’s similar to my nickname, but I also really like Eminem songs.

How long was your show on the air? From 11/9/2016 to 2019

What do you like to do in your spare time?   In my spare time I like to play Team Fortress 2, read fantasy/mystery books, or just hang out with my radio group. 

Tell us about a funny incident that happened during your show.  There was this time where Lil DJ and I were signing on to our show. We had practiced this line many times outside of radio. And when we were just about finished, we realized we were not on air!

Have you gotten any funny calls during your show?   I’m pretty sure we have had some, but I’m still waiting on the one that will win the prize.

What is one of your most memorable concert experiences?   Well, I have only gone to two concerts so far. I would have to say the Rascal Flatts concert. It was nice to just relax with my family while we listened to our favorite childhood songs.  

Tell us something about yourself that people might find surprising.   I am a black belt 2nd don, and in high school I was a drum major.

In the movie “WKUF: The Untold Story”, who would you cast as yourself? That’s a good question. I’m still looking for that person. 🙂
